Thai Yoga Bodywork consists of assisted stretches, palm compressions and pressure points elloquently performed while the client is laying on a cotton cusioned thai mat or on a massage table. Thai Bodywork is done fully clothed in comfortable, non conforming clothes to allow for maximum movement.
