Personal Care products can not be returned due to the nature of the products.
If the container malfunctions, such as the sprayer or the soap pumps due to a manufactures defect, you may exchange the item for the identical product although Shipping charges will apply.
We have tested all our containers & products for effectiveness & stand behind them.
Please note it is normal when using pumps for our sprays when essential oils are the ingredient, some of the oil’s thickness may clog the sprayers. If this occurs, please Open the sprayer bottle, detach the plastic pieces of the sprayer rinse under warm water thoroughly and then reattach the sprayer to the glass bottle.
